Building on Kickboxing fundamentals, Dutch Kickboxing adds knee strikes and clinch work — shifting the focus toward competition preparedness while staying aerobically demanding. If you want to keep pushing your fitness without stepping into the ring, this class delivers. If competition is on your radar, this is where that journey begins.

Partner contact is moderate — expect pad work, partner drills, and light clinch work.
