Ages 13 and up

This cardio-intensive class teaches the sport of kickboxing as it’s competed today — in Washington state, the Netherlands, and Japan. You’ll learn to punch, kick, block, and move with purpose, building balance, confidence, and real fitness along the way.

No prior experience needed. Classes are coach-led and highly structured, with minimal partner contact — pad work and blocking drills, nothing more.
