Ages 18 and up
This is the most demanding class on the schedule. MMA training at MARS combines striking and grappling into a single, grueling session — equal parts athletic conditioning and technical development. Half the class is dedicated to building the endurance and physical capacity the sport demands. The other half refines technique, drawing heavily on skills from your striking and grappling background with new integrations layered in.
Partner contact is full and frequent. Expect to work.
Prerequisites: Students must arrive with a foundation in both striking and wrestling or submission grappling. No exceptions.
